Advisory planning tool

Shared Capacity Slots calculates possible availability from the information you provide. It does not create, confirm, cancel, or monitor bookings. You are responsible for checking current source calendars before accepting an appointment.

License

The free planner includes four resources, three services, and a 14-day horizon. A $29 one-time field-kit purchase unlocks unlimited saved resources and services and the 28-day horizon. It is licensed for your own business use. Accessibility, data backup, and safety notices remain free.

Payments and refunds

Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout and refunds are handled by that service. A refunded, expired, or revoked license may stop unlocking paid features; your locally stored plan and free features remain available.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty. Calendar formats and timezone rules vary, so review exported availability before relying on it. We are not liable for missed or conflicting appointments.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to surveil staff, violate calendar privacy, or process files you are not authorized to access.
